Development And Option Unlimited, DAOU Co, was founded by Joseph Daou primarily to structure deals in the acquisition of land and other real estate transactions. Daou Co now facilitates the financing of real estate transactions, oversees and manages build projects, manages and oversees the development process from sourcing to completion. Daou Co and its related entities and partners own several holdings throughout the US. Most recently Daou Co acquired the Mayflower Apartments, a property in Virginia Beach, VA. A mixed multifamily and commercial development, the Mayflower is under a three reconstruction project that is being overseen by Daou Co and its related management.
